What's not included in a quoted engagement?
Ad spend goes directly to your ad account, no markup. Major scope additions outside what was agreed are quoted separately, always before the work starts.
How long does an engagement take to start delivering results?
It depends on scope. A focused Build engagement moves faster than a multi-system engagement involving automation and CRM. Timelines are confirmed as part of scoping on the growth call, not promised universally before the work is understood.
